Smart note-taking with Tripleblue and TwinQ
We are pleased to announce that we will be integrating with TwinQ. Starting this fall, with just one click of a button in the Tripleblue web application, you can easily transfer minutes, including all actions and decisions, from our system to TwinQ. No more copying and pasting, and the minutes will be back to the owners of the HOA in no time.
These are among the benefits of TwinQ integration:Β
β
All scheduled meetings in TwinQ are available in the Tripleblue app.
β
Meeting information (e.g., agendas) automatically synced from TwinQ.
β
With one click, send minutes, action items and decisions directly to TwinQ.
We would like to let you know that the article published today on our joint channels can be read below! We are very excited about this collaboration and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Happy reading!
Meet the team behind the collaboration
We recently spoke with the team that made this collaboration happen. Speaking are Dennis, Bram, Vincent and Arno. All are enthusiastic about the possibilities this collaboration offers. Dennis of Tripleblue explains: "Our AI technology makes it possible to convert large amounts of unstructured data, such as meeting minutes, into clear and structured information. This enables HOA managers to focus on what is really important, instead of wasting time on fully elaborating minutes."
Bram adds: "The process for taking minutes is very simple. Administrators only need to make a recording of their meeting and the next business day they receive the fully edited minutes, ready for a final review and direct processing in TwinQ's software. We have now successfully completed more than 1,500 minutes tasks."
From idea to implementation
Arno, product development manager at TwinQ, shares how the collaboration came about: "The first contact arose thanks to one of our clients, VvE Compleet, who pointed us to Tripleblue's software. Initially our roadmap was too full, but after several conversations and positive feedback from other clients, we decided to enter into the collaboration. We see that this AI solution solves a big problem for HOA administrators and saves them a lot of time."
Vincent, director at TwinQ, adds, "AI is a hot topic, and with this innovation we are responding to our customers' demand. What excites us is how easy this technology is to integrate into our current system. The impact for our customers is huge, and we can really offer them a valuable solution with this."
"By now, more than 35 HOA managers are already using Tripleblue's services. Previously, it was still a manual step to copy and paste the results into TwinQ's software. As of today, this is a thing of the past" said Bram.
Ready for the future
The development of the necessary APIs is almost complete and soon the stress-testing phase will start with VvE Compleet, a customer of the first hour. "We expect to be fully operational within a month and will then be ready to offer the new functionality to all TwinQ users," says Arno.
Dennis stresses the importance of maintaining data privacy when using AI: "We place a high value on data security and ensure that personal data is not used to train our AI models."
Vincent concludes with a look to the future: "We deliberately made space on our roadmap to prioritize this project. This shows how important we think it is to solve real problems of our customers."
What else is coming?
In addition to this new functionality, a webinar is underway in October, where TwinQ users will learn all about this innovation. All TwinQ customers are invited to try out Tripleblue's note-taking solution and gain efficiencies with the note-taking process. Customers who sign up for the TwinQ/Tripleblue link before Oct. 31 will benefit from a temporary special offer.
