The summer period is almost over, and we sincerely hope it was a good one! We have not been idle these past few months. Indeed, our mission remains clear: to help HOA managers by taking away manual work. And there is still a lot to do there!Β Β
Indeed, this month is the biggest update yet. In this email, we would like to update you on Tripleblue's developments & improvements.
Web application in a new look
As you may have noticed, the web application has been revamped. We consolidated the feedback from the past few months and sensed that it was time for a new type of way to view and edit minutes. There are now more options when creating a task.Β
Clearer dashboard & task creation
Improved task editing & completion screen
Tripleblue Digital Assistant for Teams, Zoom & Google Meets meetings
We also offer option to have digital meetings attended by our Tripleblue Digital Assistant. You do this as follows:Β
Easily schedule the meeting in the web application with template 'Digital Association Meeting'
The Tripleblue Digital Assistant will connect 5 minutes before the meeting begins. After admission, the audio recording begins immediately. You do not need to do anything else for this.
The meeting is worked out immediately without the need to make and upload audio recordings!
New version of the mobile app: background recording functionality
We have great news! Our mobile app has a new version, in which we have added a much requested feature: background recording.Β
We understand that it was annoying to many users that the audio recording stopped when the app was moved to the background, such as when checking a WhatsApp message. We listened to your feedback and worked hard to solve this problem. From now on, you can move the app to the background to check WhatsApp or open your calendar, for example, without the audio recording being interrupted.Β
To take advantage of this new feature, download the latest version here for iOS or Android
Administrator detection functionality
The chairman of the meeting is from the HOA and the administrator is also present. How do you handle this in the minutes? In the new application it is possible to make a distinction here. As long as the administrator introduces himself in the HOA meeting, this will be included in the minutes.Β
Example:Β
"The administrator indicates that the roof renovation is scheduled for 2027 with the choice of contractor yet to take place. She indicates that the owners will receive a letter about this in February. The chairman asks for approval of the current MJOP that is in place. The meeting agrees with the proposal."Β
Thanks for your valuable feedback and enjoy the new update!
